I have been away for awhile dealing with the day to day. I didn't have a good weekend of exercise. Yesterday, I didn't even make it off my street. My steps reflected the fact that I spent all day at the house. I did, however, make it out Saturday morning to go swimming. That was a good workout. I hope to make that a Saturday routine. I like switching up my workouts. I've been thinking also about doing P90X. My cousin is doing it, but he is in much, much better shape than I am. Since P90X is kicking his butt, I don't know if I will be physically able to do it. I'm asking my readership if any of you in my condition have tried.
I am going to be on the road for the next two days for business. I don't know how much walking I will get in with two days of seven hour car rides. I'll try to squeeze the steps in when I get to them. Also, I will have to face a lot of temptation with eating on the road for two days. I just have to keep it in mind to make good decisions about what I eat and do.
Tuesday's Steps: 11,643
Wednesday's Steps: 12,500
Thursday's Steps: 5,867
Friday's Steps: 8,510

Yesterday's Steps: 5,180

The PX90 looks too hard for me. But I'm old. Good luck making your steps the next few days.
Way to go on the swimming.
I have not done P90X yet but I just wanted to say that I think you can do any exercise program if you just work at your own level - stop when you can't do any more, join back in when you can. As long as you're doing and feeling something. If P90X inspires you to do that, I think you should try it.
