My steps are way down. I really need to get on the treadmill at the gym tomorrow morning when I go to lift weights. I usually am short on time in the morning. To be honest, I'd rather sleep than hit the treadmill, but I know what I have to do. I've been doing well eating this week and look forward to Monday. It'll still be a few weeks before I get down to my lowest recent weight of 329. Once I get below that, I'll start to see another change in my clothing. I've got several shirts and pairs of pants on deck that I've never been able to wear. It is even more motivation to keep on course.

Wow I just came across your blog and it has motivated me to pull out my pedometer! I am totally loving to goal too!! I have a lot of catching up to do! Thanks for the inspiration!

Next time you're on the treadmill, think if you had a Computer Desk Over Treadmill.
How many additional things you could do while your on that treadmill?
In addition to doing all my computer work, I will take the opportunity to watch a DVD movie. The advantage of watching here is that I can stop it anytime and come back later and pick up where I left off. If the movie is four hours in length, I will have walked for four hours.
Think about it.
Get up and get to that gym to get on that treadmill.... I have to get up early and exercise, if I don't do it in the morning it usually doesn't get done. Waiting for you to report a new lowest weight, that will be awesome.
