I've been trying to get my lifestyle back in order. I want to get my schedule set for working out. I am going to head back to the gym in the morning. I plan on adding some cardio to my routine. I have to do something to get my heart rate back up. I'll probably try doing ten minutes on the elliptical and twenty on the treadmill. I am looking forward to working out, eating better, and competing against my friends in our own Biggest Loser competition.
