I have switched my workout routine to night workouts this week. I had been getting up so early that I would often fall asleep before 9PM at night. Now I am going out for about an hour around 10PM to get my workout in. I can sleep in a little in the morning while still getting my walking taken care of. I am finding that I am now more alert in the evening and able to spend some time with Chass after August goes to bed. I'm going to keep this up for the time being to see if it works out.
