I think I'm still exhausted from the weekend. I'm just tired and aching. I get so sleepy early in the evening. I get up at 5:00 but start falling asleep at night as soon as I sit down at 7:00 or 8:00. I'm not sure how to combat this. I have to get up early to get my exercise in while I have time to myself. I can't go to bed early because after 8:00 (when August goes to bed) is the only time that Chass and I get together.
Chicago also came back to haunt me on Monday at the scale. I was up two pounds from last week. I enjoyed it a little too much. Now I have the holidays approaching. I need to figure out how to really focus and get below the three hundred pound mark. I've been stagnate too long, and I'm ready to break.
Monday's Steps: 10,481
Yesterday's Steps: 10,969

Loved all your Chicago pics from the past couple days.
That 2 lbs is history! You know what to do!
Chicago will do that to you... keep after it,, you will lose that two quickly!
Any consideration of a personal trainer at the gym for some help with cross training? Sounds like your body is just so acclimated to the routine that its fighting you on this hump. I sat at 240 for nearly 8 months before I finally decided the trainer was the next logical step. Sometimes the first few visits are free with a renewal at the gym... Just a thought- J :)
