I had an "OK" weekend. I got some steps, not a lot. I ate some BBQ food, hopefully not too much. I am back in to the swing this morning. I had to be at work by 7:30AM so that meant my alarm went off at 4:00AM this morning. I got to the gym by 4:30 and got my workout in. I'm sure I'll be exhausted by the end of the day, but I hope to get some more steps in going to and from my Weight Watchers meeting this evening. Wish me luck.

wishing you luck; hoping you have a good weigh in! good work for getting to the gym this morning!! I "hit" it around 5 a.m. and I noticed today it was rather sparse compared to usual mornings; a lot of people must be still moving slow from the 3-day weekend
