I got back on pace for the month with a big walking day on Friday. I took Indy out to walk around the neighborhood in the morning before work. It wasn't the longest walk, but there are a lot of hills so more quality of quantity. At lunch, Chass and I walked down the street a few blocks to eat at Arby's. Then after work, I walked across town to Buffalo Wild Wings to meet some friends. I ended the day by taking Indy for another walk before bedtime. My legs and back were sore when I went to bed but are feeling better today. The step count will probably be down today since I am working on things around the house and at work then going to a cookout. I'll see where I can squeeze some steps in.
